Valid Reasons for Returns

You Are Entitled to a Refund or Replacement If:

    Our products fit the vast majority of vehicles, but if yours is an exception, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Product defect or failure
    Includes manufacturing defects, broken components, or faulty locking mechanisms.

  • Damaged during shipping
    If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or materially different from what was advertised.

  • Incorrect item sent
    If we ship the wrong product, we will rectify the error immediately.

  • The item does not function as described
    Legitimate performance or functionality issues qualify.



Return Conditions

To ensure your return meets ACL and store policy requirements:

To Qualify for a Return:

  • Requests must be made within 90 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused or only tested for fit

  • All original packaging, keys, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

  • The return reason must be valid under ACL or the above list

NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, forced tampering, or modification

  • Products showing significant wear or usage

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Items purchased from unauthorised third-party resellers

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the issue is our fault
    (e.g., defective product, shipping damage, incorrect item)

Step 5 — Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the returned product is inspected.

Tracking Required

We strongly recommend tracked postage. Prestige Car Locks is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • 5–10 business days — Refund back to your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under ACL.


Exchanges

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement immediately.
Exchanges are for the same product only (ACL-compliant).
