Our investment in international fulfilment helps get products to you faster, but ensuring strict quality standards can occasionally add an extra day.

1. Order Confirmation
- Upon successful submission of an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the order number and payment details.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid and accessible email address is provided at checkout.
- If an order confirmation email is not received, the customer is required to notify Prestige Car Locks by submitting an inquiry through the ‘Contact Us’ page. Upon receipt of the request, Prestige Car Locks will promptly investigate and follow up on the matter.
2. Shipping Overview
- Prestige Car Locks products are designed in Australia and fulfilled through third-party logistics partners located in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Asia.
- Orders are dispatched from the fulfilment centre geographically closest to the delivery destination, subject to inventory availability.
3. Processing Times
- Standard order processing time is 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed before 12 PM local warehouse time may be processed on the same business day.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may extend to up to 6 business days.
- Processing times are exclusive of transit times.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery windows are as follows:
- United States, United Kingdom, European Union: 5–8 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days
- All other international destinations: 10–15 business days

- Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, regulatory inspections, or other factors outside the control of Prestige Car Locks.
5. Shipping Costs
- Prestige Car Locks provides complimentary shipping to all destinations unless otherwise stated.
- No additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
6. Shipment Tracking
- A tracking number will be issued to the customer via email upon dispatch of the order.
- Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to populate within the carrier’s system.
- Prestige Car Locks is not responsible for delays in tracking updates.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other government-imposed fees.
- These charges are not included in Prestige Car Locks product prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Prestige Car Locks is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
8. Address Accuracy and Modifications
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.
- Requests for address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement
- Prestige Car Locks cannot modify shipping addresses once the order has been dispatched.
- Prestige Car Locks is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
9. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Order modification or cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase.
- Once an order has been shipped, Prestige Car Locks cannot cancel, modify, or reroute the shipment.
- Prestige Car Locks reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Pricing inaccuracies,
- Suspected fraudulent activity,
- Inventory discrepancies.
In such cases, the customer will be notified and refunded in accordance with applicable policies.
10. Delivery Delays and Exceptions
Prestige Car Locks is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by factors including, but not limited to:
- Carrier operational issues,
- Customs and border inspections,
- Natural disasters or severe weather,
- Labour strikes or transport disruptions,
- Peak seasonal volumes,
- Inaccurate customer-provided information.
Prestige Car Locks will provide reasonable assistance in resolving delivery issues but does not guarantee outcomes outside its control.
